Freediving is fast becoming a popular way to explore beneath the waves without the support of cumbersome SCUBA equipment, providing a natural way of diving, observing wildlife, even spear fishing.
Our course emphasizes inward power, discipline and control. If you’ve always wanted to enter the underwater world quietly, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows, then freediving is for you. Designed and instructed by former Member of the 2014 U.S. Freediving Team, Jonathan Lata, (link to about us section for Captain Lata) our unique Freediver course is your first step toward discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore beneath the waves. Upon completion of the course, our students can average up to 3 minutes in one breath and dive to up to 60 feet.
You must be at least 12 years old. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. No prior experience with snorkeling, skin diving or freediving is required.
Spearfishing with world-class, expert free diver/spearfisherman Jonathan Lata. Head out on our 4 or 8 hour trips in search of beautiful pelagic fish like Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo.
